We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (see below)

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following product categories:
- Eye Makeup Remover
- Eye Treatment products
- Face Wash & Cleansers
- Body Wash & Shower Gels
- Any opened or used skincare products

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your items – Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return center at the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
